Reagan comes in on a streak of failing to score more than 22 points in their last 13 games, a trend the squad is of course eager to reverse.
Reagan posted their closest win yet this season on Wednesday. They didn't even let Hialeah-Miami Lakes onto the board and left with a 2-0 win. The win was just what Reagan needed coming off of a 50-18 defeat in their prior game.
Divine Savior Academy suffered their biggest loss since December 8, 2023 on Thursday. They were beaten by Ransom Everglades 54-19. Divine Savior Academy has not had much luck with Ransom Everglades recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the most dominant came from Evie Hoppe, who scored six points along with two steals. That's the first time this season that she grabbed two or more steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Sofia Mueller, who scored five points along with 14 rebounds.
Reagan's win ended a six-game drought on the road and puts them at 2-11. As for Divine Savior Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-9.

A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Divine Savior Academy's Alessia Silva, who scored 20 points along with nine rebounds and five steals.
