 On Monticello's side, they saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Triston Felix, who  went 2-for-3 with a  stolen base.
 The  win (which was San Juan's third in a row) raised their record to 18-6. As for Monticello, they are  on  a  three-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 4-13.
 San Juan will take on Beaver at 3:45  p.m.  on Saturday. Both teams will come into the  game having just posted big wins, so someone is set to suffer a big change in fortunes. As for Monticello, they are on the road again  on Saturday to play Millard at 1:45  p.m. Monticello is facing Millard at the right time seeing as Millard is stuck on  a  seven-game losing streak.
