Several Panthers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Quenten Liciaga, who posted eight points in addition to five rebounds and three steals. Jayden Dempsey was another key player, putting up six points and seven boards.
Monticello's defeat dropped their record down to 2-18. As for Minisink Valley, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-16.
