The Edgewood Red Wolves won the last time they faced the West Shore Wildcats, and things went their way on Friday too. Everything went Edgewood's way against West Shore as Edgewood made off with a 50-24 victory. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Edgewood.
Edgewood's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Aubrey Germain, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and 11 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Alaina Preble, who scored 13 points along with 6 rebounds and 4 steals.
Edgewood now has a winning record of 3-2. As for West Shore, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-4.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Edgewood will take on Viera at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. West Shore is on the road again on Monday and play against Melbourne Central Catholic at 5:30 p.m. on December 11th. Melbourne Central Catholic has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games.
