The Windham Whippets can now show off 12 landslide victories after their most recent match on Saturday. They blew past Plainfield, posting a 55-26 win at home. The victory was nothing new for Windham as they're now sitting on three straight.
It was another big night for Aniya Jenkins, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and ten rebounds. She also posted two blocks for the first time this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Jaelize Rivera, who scored nine points along with eight assists and five steals.
Windham pushed their record up to 14-3 with that win, which was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season. They've been dominating during the contests in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 36.1 points. As for Plainfield, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-6.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Windham will take on the Redmen at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Plainfield, they will be playing in front of their home fans against the Bobcats at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Bacon Academy is coming into the contest hot, having won their last seven games.
