Madison will look to defend their home turf on Saturday against Hackettstown at 1:00 PM. The odds don't look promising for Madison, but the bigger the opponent is, the harder they fall.
Madison couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They came up short against Mountain Lakes last Saturday, falling 28-42. Madison were down by 14-42 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
Hackettstown came within a touchdown against Lenape Valley, but wound up with a 13-20 loss.
With the two teams each stumbling in off of a loss, both will be hungry for the win. We'll see which team satisfies their hunger and which team leaves with an empty stomach.
