Hope hadn't done well against De Queen recently (they were 1-7-1 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Saturday. The Bobcats never let the Leopards get on the board and left with a 2-0 win. This was payback for Hope, who suffered a 3-2 loss the last time these two teams met.

The victory made it two in a row for Hope and bumps their season record up to 4-1. As for De Queen, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-3.

Hope wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 1-1 draw against Clarksville on the 14th. As for De Queen, they will take on Nashville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The match will give De Queen their first taste of in-conference action this season.
