Another player making a difference was Dylan Sander, who scored eight points along with nine rebounds and five blocks.
Leonardtown's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 4-2. As for C. Milton Wright, they pushed their record up to 7-1 with that victory, which was their fifth straight at home.
Leonardtown and Calvert will face off at 6:30 p.m. on January 3rd without much rest after finishing up games yesterday.
