After a string of four wins, the Parker Thundering Herd's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They fell just short of Minor by a score of 59-56. Having run the score up that high, both teams might be doing some extra defensive drills very soon.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Minor to victory, but perhaps none more so than Carmelo Burroughs, who scored 14 points along with three steals. Another player making a difference was Isaiah Mcclain, who scored 14 points along with eight rebounds.
Parker's defeat ended a nine-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 21-9. As for Minor, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 19-8.
Parker does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Minor also has no future games currently scheduled.
