Farmington proved they can win big  last Monday (they won by ten) and  on Tuesday they proved they can win the close ones too.  Farmington let  Ben Marvel and  Jacob Evans run wild. Marvel  went 3-for-4 with three  runs, two  doubles,  and one  triple, while  Evans  went a perfect 3-for-3 with one  home run, three  RBI,  and one  double. Those  three  hits gave  Evans a new career-high.  Landon Crawford also deserves some recognition as  he  snagged his first  stolen base of the season.
The  win  got Farmington back to even at 2-2. As for Stark County,  they are  on  a  three-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 1-3.
 Looking ahead, Farmington will hit the road for the first time this season to  take on  Deer Creek-Mackinaw  at 4:30  p.m.  on Wednesday. As for Stark County, they will take on Abingdon at 4:30  p.m.  on Wednesday.
