After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Akron, St. Mary was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They blew past the Justice Phoenix 42-0. The Pirates pushed the score to 35-0 by the end of the third, a deficit the Phoenix had no chance of recovering from.
St. Mary's had a senior duo take command as Michael Trechter rushed for 103 yards and one score on only seven carries and Jackson Beam picked up 119 receiving yards and a pair of TDs. Beam's longest reception was for an incredible 74 yards.
