  Ezekiel Belcher was  his usual excellent self, rushing for 222 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 8.9 yards per carry for Woodmont. Woodmont also got a significant boost from  Tj Williams, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 96 yards.
 Mauldin's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Woodmont,  the  win snapped their losing streak at four games  and leaves them with a 2-5 record.
 Mauldin will challenge J.L. Mann at 7:00  p.m.  on Saturday. That  game will pit two of the most dominant  backs against one another:  Ladainnian Martin and  Floyd. As for Woodmont, they will take on Hillcrest at 2:00  p.m.  on Saturday. The timing is sure in Hillcrest's favor as the  team sits on three straight wins at home while Woodmont has been banged up by four consecutive losses on the road dating back to last season.
