Basile will look to defend their home turf on Friday against Mamou at 7:00 PM. Basile is expected to win -- but not by much -- so they will need to come into the game prepared for a fight.
Basile had to kick off their season with an away game, and unfortunately wound up with a long bus ride home. They lost to Iota by a decisive 10-28 margin.
Last Thursday, Mamou couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They ended up on the wrong side of a painful 0-22 walloping at Oberlin's hands. Mamou were down by 0-22 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
