St. Augustine (San Diego, Calif.) put an additional 13 points on the board on top of its 50-point lead going into the fourth quarter to beat out San Diego (Calif.) 63-0.
After taking the lead on a touchdown pass by
Quinn Seau to
Ryan Harris in the first quarter, the Saints were up 43-0 at the half.
St. Augustine grew its lead to 50 points entering the fourth quarter. SA's lone score in the quarter came on a touchdown run.
A 28-point first quarter set the table for the Saints, who coasted the rest of the way for the victory.
Joe Joe Hudson played well for St. Augustine in the victory. The senior quarterback threw two touchdowns and ran for one touchdown. He has now scored five touchdowns on the season.
SA came in allowing an average of 21.8 points per game this season.
The win was a nice bounce back for the Saints, who lost to Eastlake last week, 23-0.
