Ridgedale is 6-0 against the Bulldogs since December of 2014, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Ridgedale Rockets will head out on the road to square off against the Crestline Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Last Thursday, Ridgedale came up short against the Fighting Hornets and fell 51-44. Ridgedale has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Meanwhile, Crestline's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their sixth straight loss. They took a 57-53 hit to the loss column at the hands of Hardin Northern. The matchup was a 22-22 toss-up at halftime, but Crestline couldn't quite close it out.
Ridgedale's loss dropped their record down to 10-8. As for Crestline, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last 11 matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-14 record this season.
Ridgedale didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against the Bulldogs in their previous meeting back in December of 2022, but they still walked away with a 34-28 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Ridgedale since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
