The Kuna Kavemen will head out on the road to face off against the Columbia Wildcats at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Kuna pushed their score all the way to 57 on Saturday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They took a 70-57 hit to the loss column at the hands of Middleton. While losing is never fun, Kuna can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Idaho basketball rankings (they are ranked 45th, while Middleton is ranked fourth).
Meanwhile, this season hasn't been kind to Columbia, who are still winless after their fourth match. They took a 56-51 hit to the loss column at the hands of Ridgevue.
Kuna now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Columbia, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.
Kuna came up short against Columbia when the teams last played back in November of 2022, falling 54-49. Can Kuna avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
