The win snapped Mackinaw City's losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 2-4 record. As for Mackinac Island, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Mackinaw City will venture away from home to square off against North Michigan Christian Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Mackinac Island, they will host Bay Mills Ojibwe Charter at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
