Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Blue Springs South to victory, but perhaps none more so than Ayden Wilhelm, who threw for 173 yards and two touchdowns on only 12 passes, and also rushed for 103 yards on only nine carries. Darius Morgan was another key player, rushing for 107 yards and three touchdowns.
Staley's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Blue Springs South, their win ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-1.
