Meanwhile, Faith Christian's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their fourth straight loss. They took a 48-44 hit to the loss column at the hands of Rochester Hills Christian.
The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was Paul Thompson, who scored ten points. Blake Houtari was another key contributor, scoring eight points.
Faith Baptist has been struggling recently, as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-5 record this season. As for Faith Christian, their defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-6.
