The Cartersville Hurricanes won the last time they faced the Adairsville Tigers, and things went their way  on Saturday too. Cartersville had just enough and edged Adairsville out  34-32.
 Leading Cartersville to victory were  Senai Camper and  Taff Bradley.  Camper  scored eight points along with four  steals, while  Bradley  scored seven points along with nine  rebounds and three  steals. Those four  steals set a new season-high mark for her.  Zoie Shiflett was another key contributor,  scoring two points along with eight  rebounds.
 Cartersville has  been performing  well recently as they've  won three of their last four matchups,  which provided a massive bump to their 6-7 record this season. As for Adairsville,  this is  the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 7-6.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cartersville and North Paulding will face off  at 6:00  p.m.  on January 3rd without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. North Paulding presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Cartersville in Georgia (North Paulding is ranked 23rd, while Cartersville is ranked 200th). As for Adairsville, they will be playing at home against LaFayette at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday.
