Mojave's rock-solid defense showed up for the team's third consecutive shutout on Thursday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Canyon Springs Pioneers a 26-0 shutout. Considering the Rattlers have won nine matches by more than 22 points this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Nakaijah Beasley threw for 189 yards and four touchdowns while completing 83.3% of her passes. Yazmeen Williams was her top target, picking up 89 receiving yards and one touchdown. On the ground, Jeremya Umbles rushed for 48 yards.

Mojave's victory bumped their record up to 13-3. As for Canyon Springs, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last seven contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-7 record this season.

Mojave has already played their next game, a 31-25 defeat against Clark on the 28th. As for Canyon Springs, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 34-0 loss against Coronado on the 28th.
