The Blue Ridge Yellow Jackets will face off against the Kingman Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
On Friday, everything came up roses for Blue Ridge against ALA - Mesa North as the squad secured a 39-7 victory.

Karlo Harris
| 10/24/25 @ ALA - Mesa North | 4 |
| 10/10/25 vs Apache Junction | 2 |
| 09/19/25 vs Round Valley | 2 |
| 10/03/25 @ Payson | 1 |
| 09/12/25 vs Crismon | 1 |
Karlo Harris continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 157 yards and four scores on only 13 carries. Those four rushing touchdowns gave him a new career-high. Another back making a difference was Tank Hamblin, who rushed for 107 yards and one touchdown.
They were just one part of a punishing run game: Blue Ridge was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 420 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.
Blue Ridge's defense stepped up as well, laying out the QB six times. ALA - Mesa North's QB won't forget Brax Cluff anytime soon given he sacked him twice.
Meanwhile, Kingman hadn't done well against Wickenburg recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Bulldogs took their contest with ease, bagging a 62-7 win over the Wranglers. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 42-7.
Blue Ridge better keep an eye on D'ANTHONY BUSH. He was instrumental in Kingman's win, rushing for 99 yards and a pair of TDs on only ten carries, while also throwing for 183 yards and three touchdowns while completing 75% of his passes. BUSH's passing game has become a key predictor of the Bulldogs' success: the team is undefeated when his passer rating is 100 or higher, but only 1-5 otherwise. MARTIN PEREZ was another key player, picking up 72 receiving yards and one score.
Kingman didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of D'ANTWAN BUSH and DARIUS MARTIN.
Kingman's victory bumped their record up to 4-5. As for Blue Ridge, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-4.
Friday's matchup might be decided on the ground. Blue Ridge has been unstoppable on the ground this season, having averaged 238.1 rushing yards per game. However, it's not like Kingman struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 187.3 rushing yards. There's a good chance Friday's contest turns into a tough fight on the ground.
Blue Ridge strolled past Kingman when the teams last played back in September of 2021 by a score of 28-14. Do the Yellow Jackets have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Bulldogs turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
