The Sports Leadership & Management Bulls kicked off their season on the road on Friday and hit a couple of potholes. They were dealt a 69-20 loss at the hands of Palo Verde.
Olivia Aznarez was the offensive standout of the game as she scored 13 points. Tahira Lynch was another key contributor, scoring 8 points along with 5 rebounds.
Sports Leadership & Management's loss dropped their record down to 0-1. As for Palo Verde, their win bumped their record up to 1-0.
Sports Leadership & Management will take on Durango at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Palo Verde, they will take on Canyon Springs at 2:00 p.m. on Friday.
