Ripon will be defending their home turf for the first time on Friday when they go up against Central Valley at 5:30 PM. It might come down to the wire as the game is expected to be close.
Everything went Ripon's way against Sonora last Friday as they made off with a 34-0 win.
Meanwhile, it could have been worse for Central Valley, but it could have been a whole lot better too, as the team fell 6-22 to Sierra last week.
Ripon's victory lifted them to 1-1 while Central Valley's loss dropped them down to 0-2. We'll find out if Ripon can add another positive mark to their record or if Central Valley can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Ripon's step.
