Bakersfield Christian's standout player in the win was Jones. He has now scored 12 touchdowns on the season.
When the two teams played each other last season, the Eagles came away with a 44-12 victory.
The loss was the third in a row for Kennedy (Delano, Calif.). With the win Bakersfield Christian extended its winning streak to three games.
Kennedy (2-4) will play a South Sequoia game against Wasco next week, while Bakersfield Christian (3-2) will take on Shafter also in a South Sequoia game.
