If Pioneer wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Knox, they should've done a better job of containing Myles McLaughlin. The Redskins took down the Panthers 38-20 on Friday with plenty of help from McLaughlin, who rushed for 428 yards and five scores while picking up 14.3 yards per carry. His rushing production has been exceptional for a while as that marked his 15th straight game with at least 121 rushing yards dating back to last season.

Knox has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 26 points this season. As for Pioneer, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Looking ahead, Knox will host Culver Academies at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Pioneer, they are taking a road trip to challenge Winamac at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The contest will give the Panthers their first taste of in-conference action this season.
