Madison has gone a perfect 3-0 against Adrian recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Saturday. The Trojans will face off against the Maples at 9:00 p.m. Madison is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7 runs per game this season.

Madison took a loss when they played away from home on Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. They walked away with a 6-1 victory over Morenci.

Olivia Schmitz spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered a run (which was unearned) on one hit and racked up nine Ks.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Kalexiana Wrest, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with two stolen bases, four RBI, and one double. That's the most stolen bases she has posted since back in April. Another player making a difference was Mya Solis, who went 2-for-4 with three runs and one stolen base.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Adrian). Everything went their way against Skyline on Thursday as they made off with a 19-7 win. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for the Maples' hitters, who had struggled in the games prior.

Madison's record now sits at 10-5. As for Adrian, their record is now 6-12.

Everything went Madison's way against Adrian in their previous meeting on May 1st, as Madison made off with a 17-5 victory. Do the Trojans have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Maples turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
