Johnny Session played well. The senior running back ran for one touchdown and caught one touchdown. His performance brought his touchdown total to 11 on the year.
The defeat comes as a step back for Mesquite, which notched a 50-28 victory over Sachse in its previous outing.
Allen (11-1) goes up against Sachse when it takes the field next week. The Mustangs go into the week with a record of 8-3.
