Trinity Christian needed a changed in momentum after dropping five straight games and they got it from  Lainey Jackson. The Warriors walked away with  a   3-1  win over the Wood County Christian Wildcat  on Friday with plenty of help from  Jackson, who  had 41  digs and three  aces. She is  on a roll when it comes to  digs, as she's  now  had 12 or more in each of the last eight games she's  played.
 Trinity Christian walked away with the   victory (and looked especially good in the third set). The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 23-25, 25-13,  25-21.

Trinity Christian's victory bumped their record up to 2-7. As for Wood County Christian,  they are  on  a  five-game losing streak  (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.
 Coming up, Trinity Christian will be playing in front of their home fans against University  at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Wood County Christian, they will take on Parkersburg Christian at 5:00  p.m.  on Monday.
