Eupora waltzed into their contest on Friday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They were the clear victors by a 10-1 margin over the Strayhorn Mustangs. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won 11 matchups by seven runs or more so far this season.

Eupora pushed their record up to 13-9 with the victory, which was their eighth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.9 runs on average over those games. As for Strayhorn, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-10.
