The Houston Mustangs are taking a road trip to  challenge the Overton Wolverines  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Houston is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 54.5  points per game  this season.
Last Monday, Houston was able to grind out a solid  win over Arlington, taking the game  70-57. The Mustangs haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive  victory against them.

Houston's win  was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from   Caidyn Sanders, who  went 9-for-19  en route to 26  points along with six  rebounds and three  steals. Those  26 points gave  Sanders a new career-high.  Mckenzie Percoski was another key player,  dropping  a double-double with 24  points and 13  boards.
 Houston was working as a unit and  finished the game with 11  assists. They are 20-4 when  they've passed the ball that well.
 Meanwhile,  after a string of four wins, Overton's good fortune finally ran out  on Wednesday. They received a  blow  as they fell  43-28 to Whitehaven.
 Overton's defeat dropped their record down to 17-8. As for Houston, their win bumped their record up to 22-10.
 Houston couldn't quite finish off Overton when the teams last played  back in December of 2024 and fell  37-35. Can Houston avenge their  loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
