Volleyball Recap: Hi-Plains Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Victory

Hi-Plains had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Saturday. They put the hurt on the North Park Wildcats with a sharp 3-0 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Patriots also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Hi-Plains was: they took every set by at least 16 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-4, 25-9, 25-5.

Brianna Rueb paced Hi-Plains' offense, picking up ten kills. Rueb got some help from Alexis Harvie and her 29 assists. Harvie was also solid from the service line: she led the team with seven aces.

Hi-Plains' victory bumped their record up to 16-5. As for North Park, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-19.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hi-Plains will challenge Stratton at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for North Park, after both having extra time off, they and Vail Christian will shake off the rust and duke it out at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday.
