Contra Costa Christian simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat California Crosspoint 59-30 on the road. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory Contra Costa Christian has posted since December 1, 2023.
Meanwhile, Cornerstone Christian had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 27 points), and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. They took their matchup at home with ease, bagging a 89-32 victory over Patten Academy. Given Cornerstone Christian's advantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 386th, while Patten Academy is ranked 1381st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Contra Costa Christian is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season. As for Cornerstone Christian, their win bumped their record up to 11-6.
