The Miller Buccaneers are taking a road trip to square off against the Cuero Gobblers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both might be coming in a bit winded given these two teams combined for 975 yards in their previous games.

The dominant performance gave Marie a new career-high in rushing yards. Walker Dietze also helped out as he racked up 105 receiving yards.
Cuero wouldn't let Yoakum keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force three fumbles. It was truly a group effort as Jace Gamez, Kason Roy, and David Leinen picked up one apiece. Cuero got some further help from Jossiah Taylor: he made nine total tackles and snagging an interception.
Having lost for the first time this season, Miller fell to 2-1. As for Cuero, they now also have a winning record of 2-1.
