Bayard's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Connor Posey, who went 7 of 12 on his way to 15 points in addition to eight rebounds and five assists. Those five assists gave Posey a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Caleb Leonard, who posted ten points and three steals.
