The Flowing Wells Caballeros stacked  an  eighth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Thursday. They blew past Canyon del Oro 53-19 at home. The  victory was familiar territory for Flowing Wells who now have four in a row.
 Flowing Wells found their leader in underclassman  Brianna Potter, who  scored ten points along with eight  rebounds and five  assists. Potter hasn't dropped below two steals for three straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of  Nevaeh Urenda, who  scored ten points along with six  steals and five  rebounds.
 Flowing Wells is  on a roll lately: they've  won nine of their last 11 matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 17-6 record this season. As for Canyon del Oro, they are  on a five-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 7-14.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Flowing Wells won't have much time to rest: their next  game is against Cholla at 7:00  p.m.  on January 19th. Cholla is out to stop a six-game streak of losses at home. Canyon del Oro's road trip will continue as they head out to face Sabino at 5:30  p.m.  on January 22nd. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another  in Arizona (Sabino is ranked 133rd, while Canyon del Oro is ranked 156th).
