The Brownstown Bombers can now show off ten landslide victories after their most recent match on Monday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Wayne City 64-25 at home. The victory was nothing new for Brownstown as they're now sitting on nine straight.
Brownstown found their leader in underclassman Dayana Haslett, who scored 22 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Lexi Seabaugh, who scored 13 points.
Brownstown's victory was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 18-3. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.6 points per game. As for Wayne City, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-14.
Brownstown will be playing in front of their home fans against Altamont at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Altamont will be looking to extend their current 15-game winning streak. Wayne City won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Eldorado at 6:15 p.m. on January 9th. Eldorado is coming into the match on a four-game losing streak.
