Despite the defeat, Harley Allendale Columbia saw an underclassman step up: Cadence Brecker scored 20 points. Brecker is on a roll when it comes to points, as she's now scored 15 or more in the last three games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Sawyer Hartman, who scored ten points.
South Seneca has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 5-4 record this season. As for Harley Allendale Columbia, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-7.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. South Seneca will take on Hammondsport at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Hammondsport presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than South Seneca in New York (Hammondsport is ranked 163rd, while South Seneca is ranked 336th). As for Harley Allendale Columbia, they will head out on the road to face off against Dundee/Bradford Central at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
