Kameron White Crosses Big Stat Threshold
Starting off the list is Adamson's Kameron White, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. White rushed for 195 yards and two touchdowns on only 12 carries. He's now once again averaging 100+ rushing yards (104) per game. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, forcing a fumble and making nine total tackles.
The victory snapped Adamson's losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 4-4 record. White and Adamson will take on Hillcrest at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Anthony Salas put up the most rushing yards he's had since back in September of 2023 on Friday. He rushed for 122 yards and a touchdown on only 12 carries. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, making ten total tackles (1.0 for loss) and defending a pass.
Unfortunately for Spruce, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Salas. When Salas last faced the Timberwolves back in October of 2023, he rushed for 112 yards and a touchdown, and also picked up 59 receiving yards and a touchdown.

Adamson was led to victory by Cornelius Pride, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Pride picked up 65 receiving yards and two touchdowns. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, making six total tackles and defending two passes in addition to snagging an interception.
On the year, Pride has caught 3 touchdowns while averaging 44.1 receiving yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after eight games last season, he was only averaging 13.88 receiving yards per game.

Kopecky Came Up Big in South Oak Cliff's 63-0 Victory
Carter Kopecky was instrumental in extending South Oak Cliff's winning streak to six on Friday. Kopecky was unstoppable, throwing for 157 yards and three touchdowns while completing 75% of his passes. He is becoming a predictor of South Oak Cliff's success: when he posts at least three passing touchdowns the team is undefeated (and 1-2 when he doesn't).
If the past is any indication, Kopecky could be in store for another big game when he takes on Samuell on Friday. Kopecky threw for 164 yards and four touchdowns on only ten passes the last time he and the Spartans duked it out back in October of 2023.
