The Kennedy Crusaders lost against the Chicago Christian Knights back in February of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. Kennedy was outmatched by Chicago Christian on the road and fell 55-18.
Leading Chicago Christian to victory were Courtney Stoub and Tegan Colyer. Stoub scored ten points along with seven rebounds, while Colyer dropped a double-double on 11 points and ten rebounds. Scarlett Tully was another key contributor, scoring six points along with four steals.
Kennedy's defeat dropped their record down to 16-10. As for Chicago Christian, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 11-18.
Kennedy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Chicago Christian, they will be playing at home against Southland College Prep at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Southland College Prep is coming into the matchup with four straight defeats on the road, meaning Chicago Christian will have to defend against a team hungry for a win.
