Senior Jarret Easterday, who passed for 271 yards and 3 touchdowns, was a major factor in Carlinville's success. Easterday has been a consistent playmaker for Carlinville as this was the 8th good game in a row from him.
Carlinville added further sheen to their flawless record, now 8-0. The loss dropped Staunton back to even at 4-4.
