After only one run in their last contest, Mojave made sure to put some runs up on the board against Lone Pine on Thursday. The Mustangs were the clear victors by a 17-9 margin over the Golden Eagles. The result was nothing new for the Mustangs, who have now won three games by eight runs or more so far this season.

Mojave has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.8 runs over those games. As for Lone Pine, they are on a 15-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-10.

Mojave has already played their next contest, an 11-8 loss against Trona on the 6th. As for Lone Pine, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 22-0 defeat against Immanuel Christian on the 7th.
