Basketball Recap: Dawson County Skates Past Park with Ease

Dawson County won the last time they faced Park and things went their way on Friday too. The Dawson County Red Devils claimed a resounding 62-31 victory over the Park Rangers. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Red Devils.

Park's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Isaac Ramirez, who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and ten boards. Tristan Watts was another key player, putting up ten points.

Dawson County's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Park, they are on a 16-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Dawson County won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Billings Central Catholic at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Park, they and Custer County will face off at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played.
