Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Christel House). They took their game on Thursday with ease, bagging an 86-38 victory over the Purdue Broad Ripple Lynx. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Eagles with their most commanding win of the season.

Christel House got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was David Brigham Jr out in front who went 7 for 13 on his way to 17 points and six rebounds. Josiah Jackson was another key player, going 9 of 13 on his way to 20 points.

Christel House smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 16 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in three consecutive contests.

Christel House pushed their record up to 5-3 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.0 points per game. As for Purdue Broad Ripple, their loss dropped their record down to 1-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Christel House won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Northside L at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Purdue Broad Ripple, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while.
