Basketball Recap: Lake Skates Past Clarkdale with Ease

Lake's game last Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They blew past the Clarkdale Bulldogs, posting a 70-28 victory. The Hornets have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six contests by 24 points or more this season.

Several Bulldogs players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Lane Creel, who posted seven points and eight boards. That's the most rebounds Creel has posted since back in December of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Kyler Mosley, who earned five points and four steals.

Lake now has a winning record of 9-8. As for Clarkdale, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-12.

Lake does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Clarkdale has already played their next game (against Newton), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
