Overton relied on the efforts of Natalie Wood, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 12 rebounds, and Jolee Ryan, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and ten rebounds. Ryan hasn't dropped below 15points for three straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Ashlyn Florell, who scored nine points along with five assists and three steals.
Hi-Line [Eustis-Farnam/Elwood]'s loss was their third straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 1-12. As for Overton, their victory bumped their record up to 12-1.
This contest is one where the number of possessions is likely to be a big factor: Hi-Line [Eustis-Farnam/Elwood] have been smashing the glass this season, having only averaged 24 rebounds per game. However, it's not like Overton struggles in that department as they've been averaging only 36.3 rebounds per game.
