Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a  season-high score is even better (just ask Oswego). They blew past St. Paul 16-6 on Thursday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won  12-10  on Thursday.
 Rayden Myers made a splash no matter where he played. He  struck out eight batters over  3.1 innings while giving up just two earned runs off   two  hits. Oswego is 2-1 when  Myers allows three or  fewer  earned runs, but 0-13 otherwise. Myers was even better at the plate,  going a perfect 3-for-3 with two  stolen bases, three  RBI,  and two  runs. Those  three  hits gave  him a new career-high.
 In other batting news,  Chance Mills was  incredible,  going 3-for-4 with three  RBI, two  runs,  and two  doubles. Those  two  doubles gave  him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was  Demitri Williamson, who  got on base  in three of his four plate appearances with two  runs, one  stolen base,  and one  RBI.
 Oswego  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .618. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their  OBP total in three consecutive  matchups.
Oswego's win bumped their record up to 2-14. As for St. Paul,  they are  on  a  31-game losing streak  (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-20.
As of now, neither Oswego nor St. Paul have any future games scheduled.
