West Union can now show off eight landslide victories after their most recent  matchup  on Monday. Everything went their way against the Vardaman Rams as the West Union Eagles made off with  a  9-3 victory. The  win was just what West Union needed coming off of  a  10-3 loss in their prior  match.
  Benton Burks was  incredible,  scoring three  runs while  getting on base  in all four of his plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of  Jaxon Herod, who  went 2-for-4 with four  RBI and a  double.
 On Vardaman's side, they saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Ethan Parker, who  went 1-for-3 with a  double and  an  RBI.
 West Union's victory bumped their record up to 10-6. As for Vardaman, their defeat  ended  a  ten-game streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 17-4.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. West Union will be staying on the road  on Thursday to face off against Ingomar at 5:00  p.m. As for Vardaman, they will  take on Houlka at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Vardaman is facing Houlka at the right time seeing as Houlka is stuck on  an  eight-game losing streak.
