Grantsville's game last Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They never let the Ben Lomond Scots get on the board and left with a 13-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Cowboys, who have now won four matchups by ten runs or more so far this season.

Krue Warren made a big impact no matter where he played. He tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has become a key player for Grantsville: the team is 2-1 when he allows at most one hit, but 3-6 otherwise. Warren was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one double.

In other batting news, Cooper Castagno was incredible, scoring two runs and stealing a base while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in doubles (two). Another player making a difference was Easton Hammond, who scored three runs and stole a base while going 2-for-2.

Grantsville always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .613. They are a perfect 3-0 when they post an OBP of .513 or better.

Grantsville's win bumped their record up to 5-7. As for Ben Lomond, they dropped their record down to 1-10 with the loss, which was their sixth straight on the road.

Grantsville will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Scots: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.
