He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out seven batters over four innings while giving up just one earned (and seven unearned) runs off three hits. West Wendover is 7-2 when Rodriguez allows one or fewer earned runs, but 3-4 otherwise. Rodriguez was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 1-for-4.
